Hurray today we should see our car again.
after a long time unknown if our Landrover make the huge distance between Australia and Amerika we was unsure if we ever see our travel home again.
The fear was justified, because the Container ship also can loose some freight on ruff sea or sometimes they have to drop as well, but our Container arrived safe in Long Beach Port Last week. We where on the exact timing here when the Box arrived, and called the shippers when we will see our baby again. everyday they said us may be tomorrow, may be tomorrow…
We had to wait until the Custom make an X-Ray, but they take too long time for that. After the 20thiest call around 7days later they told us the X-Ray should be ok, but they wanna check the container inside. So thismeans they have to bring the container with their fowarding company to a private warehouse where the custom check the inside.
The bad thing about that who have to pay the following exercise? The world travel team. We have so much money for traveling the world so we can pay this as well (words of a employee)
They gave us a hard time to wait for the car, we had to pay our hotel for about two weeks and now this big bill from the senseless exercise they really know how to welcome two world travelers.
But Today, yes today we will see our Baby again…
We will assemble the Trailer make everything ready and then? Yes we will continue finally! with Direction Las Vegas where i (philippe) my birthday spend…
Wish us luck so we reach the destination on time…
