Diving at lake titicaca

We are since three days at lake titicaca and been diving at 3810 meters altitude for just one dive. Because we can not fill our bottles here around. In Puno we asked the local firefighters who need to have compressed air tanks to enter the burning buildings but them as well not have the possibility to fill bottles, only the next bigger city about 5 hours (for us 8 hours) away. So we went to the local marine they not have tanks and can neither fill them…
so what? no more diving up here.
About the dives. Its a typically lake dive, sandy bottom, lots of weed and there we found some of the curiousest creatures in this world…

thats some short news about us. We are doing good so far just have to get the hell out of here… The roads to Bolivia are still blocked (since 18 days) of protests and demonstrations. We have to leave puno, because may be there will be a other road blocking. the Blockades in the north of the country we just crossed luckiely but its time to go anyway…
